- Execute the company services and strategies
- Own the services relationship and is responsible for understanding the customers business needs as well as the direction in order to help them achieve their business objectives
- Maintain effective relationships with established customers
- Conduct calls with customers as well as prospects
- Provides effective presentations/written proposals to prospective customers
- Selling full services/products line by thoroughly assessing the customers needs presenting appropriate solutions
- Build relationships as well as engage effectively with project managers tech / consulting leads services leadership to provide both subject matters expertise input as well as to gain sign off / acceptance for projects
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products technology as well as industry trends
- Provide services management team with accurate as well as timely reporting of activities
- Complete RFP’s proposals
- Lead the sales to the service transition process for all closed opportunities including leading the customer transition call to make sure the project manager, as well as customer, are aligned on the deliverables expected of the services sold
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by the management of service
